Sound Healing
The oldest, most natural medicine on the planet.
The healing power of sound has been known for thousands of years. It’s felt in the calm repetition of waves crashing on a beach, the crackle of a fire, or the chill that runs down your spine at a concert. It’s also felt in the peace of silence. At our most basic, fundamental level, our human bodies are made of vibrating particles. We are quite literally made of sound. This medicine can effect us fundamentally to enact real positive change.
The sounds produced in a sound healing session are incredibly relaxing. When the vibrations hit your body, it works like a massage at the cellular level to relieve stress and balance your system. Combined with guided mindfulness and some gentle meditation, this is the rest your body needs to connect to nature’s intelligence and heal itself.
