In three sessions, you will learn the Primordial Sound Meditation technique. It is a mantra-based method that was revived by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon in the early 1990s. This is a real meditation program for real people. It is simple, yet effective. You’ll be able to meditate daily, on your own and without guidance, for life. You will also learn how to maximize the benefits of your discipline and fully integrate them. Your instruction is tailored to meet you where you are on your journey.
